明尼苏达大学双城分校人力资源与劳资关系硕士(Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations,缩写:MA-HRIR)为期2年,共计48个学分,提供全日制和非全日制两种选择,国际生只能申请全日制项目。要求申请者本科毕业,或2年硕士阶段背景,不限专业背景,所有学生在入学前须完成本科微观经济学课程学习,且取得C以上的成绩。该项目提供暑期实习项目,有94%的国际学生获得实习机会。
